João Dias leads the Research and Development of Direct Current chargers at Siemens, shaping technologies that power the future of eMobility. With more than twenty years of experience in engineering and product innovations, he has built and led global R&D teams that accelerate electrification, connectivity, and intelligent infrastructure.

João also teaches innovations and organisational design as an Adjunct Professor. His passion for sustainable mobility supports Siemens’ mission to deliver reliable, future-ready charging solutions that enable cleaner, smarter transport worldwide.
