Jan Kuijper is a growth consultant at NXT Steps, his boutique consultancy supporting companies in the EV charging and clean mobility sector. With nearly 20 years of international experience in mobility, he helps leadership teams accelerate their businesses through international expansion, commercial growth strategies, and operational excellence.

Jan built his career in the traditional fuels service station industry at ExxonMobil/Esso before transitioning to EV charging. He has since applied his strategic growth expertise at OEMs such as Alfen and Peblar, and at integrated companies across the EV charging value chain, including Blink Charging.
